Investment returns change daily and are applied to your client's mysuper account in arrears, so they are not shown in real time. This means the amount paid to your client's bank account may be different, especially in times of market volatility when their payment may be lower.
We’ll process their withdrawal if you choose to proceed, but the decision to withdraw, and any impact of doing so, are your client's sole responsibility.
