If you’ve had a change in your life or a change of heart around the contribution you make to your mysuper account you may want to make some adjustments. Simply use the form below to review and select from the options available.

The type of contributions you make currently will decide the options you will be able to choose from.

Please review your current contribution type selection carefully, ensuring you are aware of any conditions associated with the change you request. Some rules apply.

Contribution change requests are processed within each pay period. If you submit more than one type of change request, please allow for this.

Unlocked and Locked Contributions

There are many benefits to making unlocked or locked contributions. It will depend on the goals you have, and how you’d like to access your investment.
