If these Terms conflict with the PDS
If there’s any conflict between these Terms and the mysuper Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), the PDS will prevail.

Shamrock Superannuation Limited (Shamrock) is the trustee, manager and issuer of the mysuper Superannuation Scheme (mysuper).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shamrock isn’t responsible for any loss or damage arising from using (or not being able to use) the Website, or from relying on Website information (including tools and calculators).
If interest returns are shown, they’re provided for convenience only – please check the current returns with Shamrock before relying on them.
