If you do not have a locked mysuper account, you are not able to make a first homebuyer withdrawal from mysuper.

The pre-approval quote letter will confirm your eligibility to make a first homebuyer withdrawal, give you an indication of the amount you can withdraw from your mysuper locked account only, and explain the next steps.
