First homebuyer withdrawal pre-approval quote request

If you're a member of mysuper and are making locked contributions to your mysuper account, you can complete the form below to request a first homebuyer withdrawal pre-approval quote letter. This will be sent to you by email.

Important

Over the Christmas period mysuper will close at 5:00pm on Thursday 17 December 2026 and reopen at 9:00am on Thursday 7 January 2027.

This closure will affect payments and other form processing.

As a result, any First Homebuyer Pre-approval Quote requests received after Thursday 17 December 2026 (5:00pm) will automatically allow for this closure, providing indicative dates for the New Year.

If you do not have a locked mysuper account, you are not able to make a first homebuyer withdrawal from mysuper.

The pre-approval quote letter will confirm your eligibility to make a first homebuyer withdrawal, give you an indication of the amount you can withdraw from your mysuper locked account only, and explain the next steps.

Please allow up to three business days for your pre-approval quote request to be processed.
