Certified documentation and mysuper
For each mysuper withdrawal type you will need to have some important documents certified and ready for uploading so you can complete the request you make, in the right way.
Why do we require certified documents?
For your security, privacy and for the purposes of the Anti-Money Laundering & Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (AML) we're required to verify your identity, residential address and bank account if you are making any type of withdrawal from your mysuper account.
This a mandatory requirement under the legislation we need to follow and will affect first homebuyer withdrawals, transfers to other schemes or payments to your bank account if you are leaving ACC (or have left ACC) and are able to request a withdrawal.

What happens if I don't upload certified documents?
If you don't upload the correct certified documentation we won't be able to complete your withdrawal which will delay your request. If your documents have not been certified correctly we will contact you to resupply what is required, so your withdrawal can restart.
