Christmas Closing

Over the Christmas period mysuper is closed from Thursday 19 December 2019 (5:00pm), reopening Monday 6 January 2020 (9:00am).

This closure affects payments, transfers and other form processing. During this closure, no forms can be accepted and we won’t be able to reply to you as quickly as normal.

If you’ve been redirected to this page it means the form you have chosen is now unavailable until the New Year to allow for the closing period. In some instances, this will be before the date above to align with the final ACC pay run of 2019.

Key closing dates:

• Thursday 5 December 2019 (5:00pm) - closing date for Subsequent withdrawals for exited members.
• Friday 13 December (5:00pm) - closing date for Savings suspensions, Contribution rate changes and Account structure changes
• Thursday 19 December 2019 (5:00pm) – closing date for all Withdrawals, First homebuyer withdrawals and quotes
