Kirihimete Christmas closing
Over the Christmas and New Year period mysuper will close at 5:00pm on Thursday 17 December 2026, and reopen at 9:00am Thursday 7 January 2027.
Important information
During this time, all withdrawal payments, transfers, and other member requests will be affected, including applications submitted in the weeks leading up to the closure. Relevant forms have been updated to reflect any changes to processing and payment timeframes.
Key dates:
- Friday 20 November 2026 (5.00pm) – Unlocked Withdrawals and +65 Locked Withdrawals received after this date will automatically allow for this closure, providing indicative payment dates for the New Year.
- Thursday 3 December 2026 (5.00pm) - First Homebuyer Withdrawals received after this date will automatically allow for this closure, providing indicative payment dates for the New Year.
- Friday 11 December 2026 (5:00pm) – Savings Suspension, Contribution Rate Change, Account Plan Change, and Locked 3.5% Contribution Opt-out forms received before this date will be processed as normal to align with the final ACC pay run of Wednesday 16 December 2026, where possible.
Requests received after this date will be processed in alignment with the first ACC pay run of 2027 (13 January 2027). - Thursday 17 December 2026 (5:00pm) – mysuper closes.
- Thursday 7 January 2027 (9:00am) – mysuper reopens.
